ROKA is one of our favourite restaurants for modern Japanese fare in London. We visited the Aldwych location and loved the stylish interiors and buzzing ambiance. The tables are perfect for groups of friends or a celebratory family dinner and we enjoyed sharing the mouthwatering dishes family style.

Highlights of dinner included the addictive rock shrimp tempura with wasabi pea seasoning and chilli mayonnaise, the decadent tuna tartare with oscietra caviar and egg yolk, the fresh and delicate nigiri selection, the insanely flavourful baby back pork ribs with sansho and cashew nuts, and the tender, melt in your mouth beef fillet with chilli, ginger and spring onion.
