If you’re in search of a family friendly beach destination we highly recommend JW Marriott Khao Lak. The sprawling five star resort has everything you would need and more for a fun filled holiday. We loved our modern and sleek Family Studio Pool Access Room boasting a private terrace and direct pool access where the kids can find a fun pool slide, a trampoline fountain and a wave pool.

Families will enjoy the plethora of activities from a fully equipped kids club, tranquil spa, and even a bamboo shark nursery.  The kids loved the fun schedule of activities from cooke decorating and authentic pizza making to arts and crafts, farm visits with animal feeding, and even s’mores over an open fire on the beach.

Dining is a huge highlight with plenty of choice for all palettes. Olive was a huge hit with our family featuring mothwatering wood-fired pizzas and authentic Italian pastas. Ta-Krai Thai Restaurant is a must for those who want to sample local cuisine, and we highly recommend Sala for a relaxed lunch poolside.

The resort features a huge variety of room categories and large number of swimming pools alongside a long beach to ensure it never feels overcrowded. An amazing choice for families, groups of friends, or couples looking for a fun filled relaxing getaway.
