After arriving in the Maldives from Thailand we didn’t expect to sample authentic and mouthwatering Thai fare in the islands. Benjarong at Dusit Thani Maldives is set in a picturesque overwater restaurant. The semi-alfresco eatery boasts panoramic ocean views, inviting ambiance, and a delicious Thai menu sure to please any foodie. We enjoyed both lunches and dinners at the delicious restaurant and delighted in Thai classics, fresh seafood, and an amazing wine list. Highlights include the spicy and flavourful Larb Gai, rich and delectable Crispy fried soft shell with yellow curry powder, fresh and fragrant Thai style steamed whole fish, and addictive Wok fried morning glory. Benjarong is a must dine spot when staying at Dusit Thani and one of our favourite Maldives dining experiences.
