We opted for the Signature Menu, highlights of which included the decadent Murotsu Bay Oyster, delicate and flavourful Tokusen Roast Wagyu Beef Carpaccio, and creamy and sweet Hokkaido Scallop. Save room for the array of indulgent desserts and petit fours and make sure to check out their impressive wine selection and cocktail menu.
