The Cultural Evening was one of our favourite nights while staying at Bali Mandira. We loved the alfresco dining area, mouthwatering buffet, and alluring stage featuring talented performances throughout the evening. The night featured a wide array of Balinese cuisine allowing guests to sample local flavours and alongside refreshing cocktails. Highlights included the indulgent Babi Guling, flavourful Ayam Betutu, and fresh and vibrant local salads. The variety of performances focused on Balinese culture but also included a fun filled finale where children and guests are encouraged to join everyone on stage and dance the night away. A perfect memorable evening when staying at the five star resort.
