We loved dining to the sound of the river and sampling their mouthwatering 10 course tasting menu.

Chef Eka is dedicated to showing Balinese tradition and flavours throughout his menu creating elevated, creative bites and utilising locally sourced produce. He takes inspiration from his childhood and home village while celebrating Bali’s biodiversity. Every ingredient is sourced within 100km from Mandapa Reserve.
