We were lucky enough to sample the kaiseki menu at Takumi showcasing authentic Japanese flavours and techniques with a touch of Balinese flair. Highlights included the Chicken Chawanmushi, Assorted Nigiri, Duck Shabu-Shabu and Wagyu Sumiyaki.
