One of our favourite evenings as a family while staying in Siem Reap was dinner at The Mansion located in the luxurious FCC Angkor by Avani. The alluring rooftop restaurant features elegant indoor and outdoor seating, a sophisticated ambiance, and mouthwatering set menus.

We visited for the Taste of Tales Apsara Performance Dinner and loved the alfresco seating and being treated to traditional Cambodian performances. The talented team performed a captivating show while we delved into elevated Cambodian fare and refreshing cocktails. Favourite dishes included the Tuna Saku A4 Ceviche, the Fresh Water Prawn Tom Yam Soup, and the Organic Duck Breast.
