Market Cafe, located in the luxurious Hyatt Regency Phnom Penh, was one of our favourite buffet restaurants in Cambodia. We were instantly drawn to the open and stylish interiors, inviting ambiance, and wide array of decadent fare. Breakfasts were a true treat each morning with an impressive spread of Asian and Western specialities as well as decadent freshly carved charcuterie, freshly baked pastries, and a made to order noodle station. A huge highlight of our stay was Market Cafe’s Valentine’s Day Seafood Buffet. The insanely juicy River Prawns, tender and flavourful Prime Rib, and delectable foie gras were irresistible and our family couldn’t get enough of the fragrant Cambodian specialities and immense dessert and cheese selection. Pair your meal with a bottle of crisp wine or a fresh fruit shake for the ideal family dinner during your stay in Phnom Penh.
