We loved Trio at Sun Siyam Iru Fushi and were instantly captivated by its laid-back setting. We kicked off with plump mussels steamed in white wine, garlic, and fresh herbs, each bite perfectly briny. Next, the delicate beef carpaccio arrived, paper-thin slices drizzled with lemon-infused olive oil and topped with shaved Parmesan and peppery arugula. For our main course, the osso buco stole the show, and of course we couldn’t miss the fresh local reef fish. Kids will love the pastas, and we couldn’t fault the perfectly matched wine selection. Warm local breezes and attentive service made this classic Italian meal utterly unforgettable.
