We started with the vegetable tostada, a crisp, flavor-packed bite that set the bar high. The fish ceviche was bright and refreshing, with citrus and herbs playing perfectly off delicate slices of fresh catch.
The lamb tartar was bold and earthy, while the dolma offered a subtle nod to Mediterranean flavors with a Mexican twist. The Merguez-style sausage were spiced to perfection and deeply satisfying, and the grilled fish was cooked expertly, flaky and tender with a charred, smoky edge.
