We indulged in the Chef Hector Morales’ tasting menu, a culinary journey that showcased creativity, precision, and bold flavors. The porcini oysters were an umami-rich opener, followed by a decadent pairing of bone marrow and yellowfin tuna that melted in the mouth. Stuffed gnocchi were delicate and perfectly balanced, while the lobster was sweet, buttery, and expertly cooked. The tenderloin fillet was a showstopper, flawlessly seared and deeply flavorful.
Each course was elevated by a thoughtful wine pairing that brought out the best in every bite. Our waiter provided impeccable service, guiding us through the experience with warmth, attentiveness, and expert knowledge. Every detail, from the pacing of the meal to the sunset moment, was seamless. Sunset Monalisa is more than a meal.
