We began with plump Castelvetrano olives, perfectly fried and addictive, followed by a creative twist on tuna tartare, delicately seasoned and nestled under a crispy tempura piquillo pepper, which added unexpected heat and crunch. The burrata, rich and cool, was elevated with a drizzle of chili oil, offering a silky contrast to its gentle spice.

The standout pasta dish, mascarpone butternut squash agnolotti, was a dreamy balance of savory and sweet, wrapped in tender pillows of fresh pasta. Our meal closed with the grilled half chicken, succulent and charred just right with deeply developed flavour.
