The menu features elevated takes on local recipes, each dish thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. We started with the Tuna Tostadas, fresh, vibrant, and full of flavor, followed by the Casa Polanco Molcajete, which was rich, hearty, and deeply satisfying. The Ash Kampachi and salmon were delicate and perfectly cooked, while the bacon burger and Filet Mignon delivered bold, indulgent flavors. The wine list is exceptional, offering a well-curated selection that pairs beautifully with the menu. We ended with the mango mousse, a refreshing and light finale to a truly unforgettable culinary experience.
