This was Francis Ford Coppola’s personal residence while filming Tetro in Buenos Aires, and you can feel his creative spirit throughout the property. You can even stay in the very studio where he worked on the film. The space is full of character, film books, and that quiet, focused energy that only a real artist’s workspace holds.

Design-wise, it’s a dream, warm woods, Argentine textiles, eclectic art, and handcrafted details everywhere you look. The public spaces are a joy to wander through, from the cozy library to the leafy courtyard with its tranquil outdoor pool. There are also two beautiful terraces overflowing with flowers and native plants, perfect for sipping a morning coffee or unwinding with a glass of Malbec.

Service here is personal and professional, the staff seem to intuit exactly what you need before you even ask. The breakfast is a real highlight with fresh pastries, seasonal fruits and eggs made to order, all served à la carte and beautifully presented.

Be Jardín Escondido offers something rare, a boutique experience that feels both luxurious and deeply personal. In a city as vibrant and alive as Buenos Aires, it’s the perfect oasis. We left feeling recharged, inspired, and already dreaming of a return.
