We began with the milk rolls, pillowy soft and irresistible, before enjoying the deluxe shellfish tower that arrived as a showstopper of oysters, crab, shrimp, and lobster served fresh on a bed of ice. The eggplant meatball was a delightful surprise, hearty and flavourful without being heavy.
Another highlight of the evening was the tomahawk steak prime. Its dramatic presentation made an immediate impression, with the enormous cut arriving perfectly seared and carved to reveal juicy, tender meat. The flavor was rich and deeply satisfying. Alongside it, the pizza brought a rustic wood fired charm and the lamb chops were beautifully prepared, tender and well seasoned.
Desserts were equally memorable. The mixed berry cheesecake was light yet indulgent, while the pecan tart delivered rich sweetness with just the right amount of crunch. Paired with outstanding cocktails and a thoughtful wine list, every sip elevated the meal.
