Hotel Magnolia in Santiago is a stunning blend of historic charm and modern luxury, and our stay there was nothing short of exceptional. Located in the heart of the city, just steps from the vibrant Lastarria neighbourhood, the hotel offered a peaceful retreat surrounded by culture, art, and energy.
From the moment we stepped into the inviting and elegant lobby, we knew we were somewhere special. Thoughtfully designed with sleek decor, high ceilings, and restored architectural details, the lobby feels both timeless and contemporary. Guests are welcomed with complimentary drinks and snacks, setting the tone for the warm hospitality that defines the entire stay.
Our stylish suite and separate guest-room were beautifully appointed with rich textures, soft lighting, and meticulous attention to detail. The beds was pure decadence, plush, comfortable, and perfect for sinking into after a day exploring the city. The bathrooms was equally luxurious, with premium fixtures, a spacious layout, and an overall sense of calm and sophistication.
Each morning began with a delicious breakfast at Restaurant Magnolia, where we enjoyed fresh pastries, seasonal fruit, excellent coffee, and warm, attentive service. Dinner there was just as enjoyable, offering a curated menu of Chilean flavors with a modern twist.
But the true culinary highlight was our evening at DeMo Magnolia, the hotel’s fine dining experience. With its intimate setting, open kitchen, and exceptional tasting menu paired with exquisite wines, it was an unforgettable journey through bold, thoughtful, and beautifully presented dishes.
We also spent time on the rooftop, where panoramic views of Santiago’s skyline created the perfect backdrop for a drink or quiet moment at sunset. The surrounding area is lively and walkable, filled with galleries, boutiques, and cafes that reflect the city’s creative spirit.
Hotel Magnolia offers an experience that feels both indulgent and personal. It is the kind of place that makes you want to return even before you’ve left.
