The Royce at The Langham Huntington is an indulgent celebration of classic steakhouse dining. We went as a family of four and settled into the restaurant’s elegant dining room where dark wood, soft fabrics, and refined details set a formal yet warm tone.

We began with a bright Hamachi Crudo with Jalapeño Relish, Avocado Mousse and Cucumber Espuma, a refreshing opener. The wood fired branzino arrived with a light char and fragrant smoke while the whole lobster made the table feel festive and shareable. The Iowa premium farm filet mignon prime was tender, deeply savoury and perfectly prepared. For dessert we could not resist the City of Roses beignets and the Dubai brownie, both playful and perfectly paced to finish the meal. These dishes balanced celebration and comfort, pleasing both adults and kids at our table.

The Royce’s commitment to wood fired cooking is integral to the menu and flavor profile, and its wine list and steak selection complement that approach, making pairings easy and memorable.

If you are looking for a polished yet family friendly dining experience in Pasadena, The Royce is an elegant choice where classic interiors, thoughtful service, and wood fired flavors come together for a meal worth remembering.
