After a morning carving through Niseko’s famous powder, our family headed straight to Ezo Pub at Hilton Niseko Village, the ultimate ski-in, ski-out spot for a relaxed lunch. With its unbeatable location right at the base of the slopes, we were able to step straight off our skis and into a warm, lively space buzzing with energy.

The menu here is hearty and satisfying, exactly what you crave after hours in the snow. The ramen was rich and comforting, with a broth that warmed us right through. The tonkatsu curry was a family favorite, with crispy pork cutlet smothered in a savory curry sauce that paired perfectly with steaming rice. For something classic and indulgent, the double cheeseburger hit the mark, juicy and stacked high, quickly disappearing from the plate.

Ezo Pub also shines when it comes to drinks. There are plenty of beers on tap to pair with lunch, and it is the perfect setting to return to later in the day for après-ski cocktails or a relaxed drink by the slopes. Casual, fun, and full of character, Ezo Pub is Niseko at its most welcoming.
