At Hilton Niseko Village, Melt Bar & Grill quickly became our family’s go-to dining spot, a place where indulgence and comfort come together in the most inviting way. The atmosphere is relaxed yet stylish, with floor-to-ceiling views that make every meal feel like part of the Niseko experience.

In the evening, we were drawn to the buffet, which offered something to delight every member of the family. The fresh salad bar was crisp and colorful, the seafood impressively varied, and the grill station was the real star. Watching chefs prepare tender beef and juicy chicken to order added a sense of theater, and the flavors more than lived up to the anticipation. For dessert, the children couldn’t get enough of the chocolate fountain, while we savored the classic crêpes Suzette, prepared with a flourish that felt wonderfully indulgent.
