Benjarong at Dusit Thani Maldives offers an unforgettable dining experience that beautifully combines authentic Thai flavors with the serene elegance of an overwater setting. During our visit, we enjoyed a selection of signature dishes that showcased the restaurant’s culinary mastery and attention to detail. The Tom Yum Goong was a perfect balance of spicy, sour, and fragrant notes, awakening the palate with every spoonful. The Talay Phad Num Phik Prao delivered a rich, smoky stir-fry of seafood with roasted chili paste, while the Gai Phad Med Mamuang offered the comforting sweetness of chicken with cashew nuts and vegetables.

The Chu Chee Goong, with its creamy red curry and plump prawns, was another highlight, bursting with depth and aroma. We also loved the Phad Phak Boong Fai Daeng, a simple yet vibrant stir-fried morning glory that complemented the bold main dishes perfectly. The Larb Gai, light and refreshing with a touch of spice, and the Pad Thai Talay, a seafood version of the beloved Thai noodle dish, rounded out an exceptional meal.

Beyond the food, the ambience at Benjarong truly elevates the experience. Set over the turquoise waters of Baa Atoll, the restaurant offers stunning views, gentle sea breezes, and a tranquil atmosphere ideal for both lunch and dinner. The service was impeccable, attentive, warm, and genuinely gracious, making our evening feel extra special.

Benjarong is a must-visit for anyone seeking authentic Thai cuisine and refined island dining at its finest.
