The setup blends a generous semi buffet with thoughtfully prepared a la carte choices, so you can graze the extensive salad bar and freshly cut fruit station and order something made freshly made in the kitchen. The pastry selection was indulgent and tempting while the cold cuts and smoked salmon added a savory touch for those who love a classic spread.
A la carte options changed daily with a mix of Maldivian, Asian, and Western dishes alongside chef specialties. We loved the comforting wonton noodle soup, the fragrant kulhi mas, and delicate dumplings as much as the timeless eggs Benedict and a vibrant green omelette. The chocolate chip and banana pancakes felt decadently indulgent and perfect for the kids. Made to order coffee rounded out our breakfasts beautifully.
Service at Fresh was attentive and relaxed, letting us linger over our morning meal while enjoying the stunning pool and ocean views through the floor to ceiling windows.
