Dining at Korakali was one of the absolute highlights of our stay at Fushifaru Maldives. From the very first morning, the team made us feel completely at home, greeting us with genuine smiles, remembering our drink preferences, and showing such kindness and patience with the children. Their warmth and attention to detail made every meal feel personal and unforgettable.
The buffet selection at Korakali is outstanding. Every dish is fresh, vibrant, and of exceptional quality, with a wide variety that caters to every taste. We especially loved the live cooking stations, which change daily and always offer something new and exciting. The chefs are true artists, preparing each dish right in front of you with great skill and pride.
Our favorite experience was the live grill station, featuring the freshest local seafood and reef fish cooked to perfection. The flavors were simple yet exquisite, showcasing the natural taste of the ocean. Indian night was another highlight, filled with rich, aromatic curries and freshly baked breads that rivaled some of the best Indian restaurants we have ever visited.
The daily breakfast buffet was equally memorable, especially the fresh fruit station where your chosen fruits are cut to order. Enjoying perfectly ripe papaya, mango, and watermelon while looking out at the turquoise ocean was pure paradise.
Korakali combines world-class cuisine with heartfelt Maldivian hospitality, creating a dining experience that is both luxurious and deeply comforting. It truly captures the spirit of Fushifaru and left us eager to return.
