Our Lagoon Lunch was one of those rare, unforgettable dining experiences that left a lasting impression. We were led to a table set gently in the shallow lagoon, the water lapping around our ankles and the ocean stretching out in every direction. The three course set menu arrived with a bottle of sparkling wine and the joy of lunching with our feet dipped in crystal clear water made the whole experience feel playful and utterly luxurious. We were surrounded by colourful tropical fish and curious baby sharks gliding just beneath the surface, adding a thrilling, unforgettable touch to the meal.
We began with herb crusted scallops, their delicate sweetness brightened by fresh herbs and a light dressing, followed by a crisp and vibrant spring green pea salad. The grilled seafood plate was a celebration of the ocean with indulgent lobster, perfectly charred prawns, delicate tuna, and flavourful mussels. For dessert the triple chocolate layered brownie was decadently dense, a bittersweet finish that made everyone at the table smile.
Service was exceptional throughout, attentive and discreet with just the right sense of occasion. Lagoon Lunch is intimate, scenic and relaxed. It is a unique and unforgettable lunch experience that will stay with us long after the last sip of sparkling wine.
