Set right on the beach, the restaurant comes alive on BBQ night, blending ocean views with the irresistible aroma of sizzling grills.

The evening began with a visit to the tempting salad bar, a colorful spread of crisp greens, tropical fruits, and freshly prepared appetizers that offered the perfect light start before the feast ahead. The live grill stations were the star attraction, showcasing an impressive selection of made-to-order seafood and prime cuts. The chefs worked skillfully over open flames, grilling everything from tender steaks to perfectly charred prawns and reef fish, each dish served piping hot and bursting with flavor.

One of the most memorable highlights was the spicy crab pasta live station, where fresh Maldivian crab was tossed in a fragrant, chili-spiked sauce that had just the right balance of heat and richness. It was indulgent, messy, and absolutely delicious.

Complementing the meal was an excellent wine list, featuring both international favorites and a few unexpected gems that paired beautifully with the smoky, grilled flavors of the evening.
