We started with Jamon Iberico, sliced thin and full of rich, nutty flavour. Alongside it came a beautifully creamy burrata that paired perfectly with the salty sweetness of the ham. The grilled Boston lobster that followed was a real highlight. It arrived perfectly cooked, tender and juicy with just the right touch of char to bring out its natural sweetness.

The dish that truly defined the evening was the Wagyu tomahawk. It was a showstopper from the moment it reached the table, incredibly marbled and cooked exactly as requested. Each bite was buttery and full of deep flavor, the kind of steak you remember long after the meal ends.

The service matched the quality of the food. Staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic about the menu. The chef even came by to say hello and talk about the ingredients, which made the experience feel personal and welcoming.
