Pink Pearl by Olivier E at JW Marriott Phu Quoc delivers a dining experience that feels truly extraordinary, from the moment you step inside its enchanting, pastel pink mansion to the final bite of dessert. The restaurant’s interiors are nothing short of stunning. Rich detailing, vintage charm, and whimsical touches create a setting that feels both luxurious and dreamlike. It is easily one of the most visually memorable dining rooms on the island, and the atmosphere alone sets the stage for an unforgettable night.

We chose the five course tasting menu, a beautifully paced journey through refined flavors and impeccable technique. One of the standout dishes was the Gamberoni Tartare, paired with Kristal Caviar and crunchy fennel. The combination was bright, delicate, and wonderfully balanced. The blue lobster with Oscietre Caviar followed, offering a silky, indulgent texture that highlighted the quality of its ingredients.

The roasted Iberico pork plum was another highlight, cooked with precision and beautifully presented. Rich, tender, and full of depth, it showcased the chef’s ability to elevate familiar flavors. The Japanese A5 Wagyu tenderloin, however, was the star. Melt in your mouth tender and full of luxurious marbling, it was served in a way that allowed the meat’s natural richness to shine.

Dessert brought the meal to a perfect close. The Jasmin Marou Chocolate with cacao sable and hazelnut praline was fragrant, refined, and deeply satisfying.
