The Bay Kitchen at New World Phu Quoc Resort is an easy favorite for a relaxed and satisfying lunch. As the resort’s all day dining venue, it offers a bright and welcoming atmosphere with plenty of space, friendly service, and a menu that mixes local Vietnamese dishes with international comfort food. We started with the fresh spring rolls, beautifully arranged and full of crisp vegetables and herbs. Light, refreshing, and perfect for the warm island weather. The chicken and beef satay followed and both were juicy, well seasoned, and served with a rich peanut sauce that disappeared quickly.

One of the biggest hits of the meal was the nasi goreng. Generous in portion and full of flavor, it became an instant favorite with our kids. It is a great option for guests looking for something familiar yet still deliciously satisfying.

The standout dish for us adults was the Wagyu beef pho. It arrived with a fragrant broth, silky noodles, and incredibly tender slices of Wagyu that took the classic soup to another level. It is the kind of dish you think about long after the meal.

To round things out, make sure to order their fresh juices and Vietnamese coffee. The juices are vibrant and refreshing, while the coffee is bold and wonderfully energising.
