We began with grilled artichoke hearts and a fresh insalata di mare. Both dishes were bright, simple and beautifully prepared, showcasing the kitchen’s focus on high quality ingredients. For mains, the Spaghetti con vongole was a standout, with tender clams and perfectly cooked pasta in a delicate yet flavourful sauce. The Branzino all Mediterraneo was equally impressive, the fish cooked to a delicate flake with vibrant Mediterranean notes that made each bite feel like a small escape to the Sicilian coast. The service throughout the evening was welcoming and attentive, adding to the relaxed and enjoyable pace of the meal.
