Our experience at Cascade Cafe was nothing short of delightful, offering an all day buffet that consistently impressed from morning to night. The daily buffet was generous and thoughtfully curated, making it easy to return more than once during our stay. Breakfast was particularly enjoyable, with a wide selection ranging from freshly baked pastries and made to order eggs to Japanese staples that were both comforting and satisfying. Everything was well replenished and beautifully presented, setting a relaxed and indulgent tone for the day.

Dinner at Cascade Cafe truly elevated the experience. The spread featured an excellent mix of international and Japanese dishes, with a strong focus on quality ingredients and bold flavours. The seafood selection stood out, offering fresh and well prepared options that felt more refined than a typical hotel buffet. Each section of the buffet felt intentional, allowing guests to sample a variety of cuisines without feeling overwhelmed.

The highlight, however, was the dessert buffet, themed around strawberries. It was visually stunning, with elegant displays of strawberry inspired sweets alongside a crowd pleasing chocolate fountain. The desserts were decadent yet balanced, making it hard to choose just one. Overall, Cascade Cafe delivered a memorable buffet experience that combined variety, quality, and presentation beautifully.
