Our family enjoyed an unforgettable evening at Amaya Food Gallery at Amari Koh Samui, where the team created a beautiful private beachfront set up for us just in time for sunset. With the ocean steps away and the sky glowing as the sun disappeared, it was one of those special holiday dinners we will always remember.
The menu combines vibrant Thai flavours with international favourites, making it ideal for families wanting a little bit of everything. We started with a selection of mixed appetisers before moving on to perfectly grilled salmon, crispy deep fried Thai style fish, and a rich, tender lamb shank massaman curry that was full of flavour and easily one of the highlights of the evening.
To finish, we shared mango sticky rice while listening to the waves roll onto the beach, the perfect ending to a relaxed and memorable dinner. Between the stunning beachfront atmosphere, thoughtful service, and beautifully presented dishes, Amaya Food Gallery delivered a truly special dining experience during our stay at Amari Koh Samui.
