The chef uses only the finest ingredients and spices to create unforgettable renditions of our favourite local dishes. Highlights included the Gai Yang Ta Krai, grilled marinated chicken served with a smoky dry chili sauce, and the Yum Phoo Nim, delicate soft shell crab paired with crisp green mango and fresh herbs for the perfect balance of sweetness, acidity, and spice. The fragrant steamed seabass was beautifully delicate and fresh, while the Lamb Pad Cha featured tender grilled Australian lamb tossed with herbs, green peppercorns, and finger root for a rich and aromatic finish. There was no better way to finish the decadent meal than with a creamy and ripe mango sticky rice.
It’s the perfect spot to share dinner as a family and we loved all the dishes paired with freshly made fruit juices and a selection of wine from their impressive list. Service was friendly and helpful throughout and we highly recommend seeing the sunset from the spectacular vantage point. A must dine spot for any foodie visiting Koh Samui.
