Makase at Hotel Indigo Bali Seminyak Beach is a vibrant all day dining restaurant that celebrates the rich culinary heritage of Indonesia alongside international favourites, making it a wonderful place to return to throughout your stay. Bright, welcoming and beautifully designed, the restaurant overlooks lush tropical gardens and has an inviting atmosphere that feels relaxed from morning through to evening.

Breakfast here was one of the highlights of our stay. The generous daily buffet offered an impressive variety of beautifully presented dishes, from tropical fruits, freshly baked pastries and made to order egg dishes to authentic Indonesian specialities and healthy options. Everything was exceptionally fresh and thoughtfully prepared, making it easy to linger over a leisurely start to the day with excellent coffee and fresh juices.

We also returned for lunch and were just as impressed. The lentil salad was vibrant and satisfying, packed with fresh seasonal ingredients and full of flavour while remaining wonderfully light. The Ikan Bakar showcased perfectly grilled local fish with fragrant spices and a delicious smoky finish, offering a refined take on one of Indonesia’s most beloved classics.
