We began with a selection of beautifully presented starters that showcased both freshness and quality ingredients. The vegetable rice paper rolls were vibrant and refreshing, the local burrata was wonderfully creamy and paired perfectly with seasonal accompaniments, while the Wagyu carpaccio was delicately sliced with rich flavour in every bite.
The true stars of the evening, however, were the steaks. After enjoying many excellent meals across Bali, these were some of the finest steaks we experienced during our trip. The Wagyu Java Organic Tenderloin was exceptionally tender with beautiful marbling and a deep, rich flavour that highlighted the quality of locally raised beef. The Angus Tenderloin was equally impressive, perfectly cooked with a wonderfully juicy texture that our whole family thoroughly enjoyed. Served with thoughtfully prepared accompaniments and expertly cooked to our preferred doneness, every element reflected the restaurant’s attention to detail.
Combining spectacular ocean views, exceptional produce and genuinely warm service, The Beach Grill delivers a memorable dining experience that feels effortlessly refined without ever being formal.
