Edge is the vibrant all-day dining restaurant at Grand Park Kodhipparu and a place we found ourselves looking forward to visiting each day. Serving generous breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets, the selection is constantly changing, with an impressive mix of international favourites, Asian flavours and freshly prepared dishes.

Breakfast at Edge was the perfect way to start our mornings. The open, airy setting looks out across the ocean, and one morning we were even lucky enough to spot dolphins while enjoying breakfast. Fresh produce sits alongside an extensive selection of hot and cold dishes, with plenty of made-to-order options ensuring everything feels freshly prepared.

Dinner brought even more variety. We loved the live cooking stations, particularly the made-to-order noodles and pasta, as well as freshly grilled fish prepared just the way you like it. The wok station was another favourite, alongside an excellent selection of fragrant curries.

The tandoor was especially popular with our family. Freshly baked breads came straight from the oven, and when our daughter requested naan, the team happily prepared it especially for her. It was one of those thoughtful little touches that made dining at Edge feel particularly welcoming for families.

Dinner never felt repetitive during our stay, with different dishes and flavours to discover each evening. There is also a great wine list for those looking to linger over dinner with a bottle.

Relaxed, delicious and wonderfully varied, Edge worked equally well for an easy family dinner as it did for a leisurely start to another day in paradise.
