During our stay, we sampled a selection of standout dishes showcasing the creativity and versatility of its culinary team.

One of the highlights was the Grilled Maldivian Lobster at Kabuki, celebrating the exceptional seafood found in the surrounding Indian Ocean. Beautifully grilled to enhance its natural sweetness, the succulent lobster was a wonderful showcase of local ingredients.

At the lively Eats & Beats Pool Bar, the Lamb Kofta Skewers were a delicious choice, bringing aromatic spices and satisfying Mediterranean flavours to the relaxed poolside setting. Meanwhile, Crusoe’s Beach Bar impressed with its Salmon and Truffle Flatbread, a delicious combination of delicate salmon and rich, earthy truffle, perfect for enjoying alongside sweeping ocean views.

Even the resort’s international buffet restaurant, Raha, delivered memorable specialities. The Wok-Fried Crab was a particular favourite, offering bold Asian-inspired flavours and highlighting the impressive variety available beyond the traditional buffet selections.

For a more refined evening, Alifaan provided the perfect setting to enjoy its Wagyu Rib Eye. Known for its open-flame cooking and Mediterranean influences, the restaurant showcased the rich flavour and tenderness of premium Wagyu beef.

Together, these signature dishes reflect the diversity of Radisson Blu Resort Maldives’ dining collection, combining fresh local seafood, international influences and indulgent favourites across its beautiful island settings.
