Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, the restaurant provides an impressive variety of international and local flavours, ensuring there is always something new to discover during an extended island stay.

Breakfast is a leisurely affair, with a generous selection of morning favourites alongside live cooking stations. We particularly enjoyed the freshly prepared omelettes, cooked to order with our choice of fillings, alongside the tempting assortment of hot dishes and lighter options.

Lunch and dinner bring an exciting rotation of dishes, with the buffet showcasing everything from comforting international classics to aromatic Asian specialities. The live wok and pasta stations were particular favourites, allowing guests to customise their meals with freshly cooked ingredients and delicious sauces. We also loved exploring the local and regional flavours, especially the fragrant Maldivian curries, beautifully spiced chicken tandoori and fresh reef fish, which offered a wonderful taste of the Indian Ocean.

The changing selections keep each meal interesting, while the combination of buffet favourites and made-to-order dishes offers plenty of flexibility for different appetites and preferences. Equally memorable is the warm, attentive service. The friendly team were consistently welcoming and accommodating, creating an easygoing atmosphere that made every visit enjoyable. With its varied menus, freshly prepared specialities and genuinely lovely staff, Sea Spray is a wonderful all-day dining destination at NH Maldives Kuda Rah.
