Mornings begin with an impressive semi à la carte breakfast concept, combining a tempting selection of buffet favourites with freshly prepared dishes ordered directly from the kitchen. Fresh tropical fruits, pastries and excellent coffee make for a delightful start to another day in paradise.
Lunches quickly became a highlight of our stay, particularly thanks to the restaurant’s outstanding selection of Asian specialities. The Wagyu Beef Yakitori was wonderfully tender and packed with savoury flavours, while the Crispy Pork Belly Nam Prik Pao delivered a delicious combination of rich, crispy textures and aromatic Thai chilli paste.
The Pad Thai was another favourite, offering the perfect balance of sweet, tangy and savoury notes. We also loved the Japanese Donburi, featuring beautifully prepared slices of beef served over rice, alongside the Thai Chilli Tamarind Shrimp, a vibrant dish bursting with sweet, spicy and tangy flavours.
Beyond the excellent cuisine, Juliette captures the effortless charm of island dining. Attentive service, a welcoming atmosphere and a varied international menu make it somewhere guests can happily return throughout their stay. A particularly impressive all-day dining destination that combines authentic Asian flavours with the relaxed luxury of the Maldives.
