Our deluxe pool villa at Belmond Jimbaran Puri had everything we needed for a luxurious Balinese holiday. Complete with traditional rustic design, luxurious living room area, a relaxed and decadent bedroom, and a serene plunge pool, we found it hard to pry ourselves away. Luckily the in-villa dining menu was suitably delicious and perfect for when we wanted to spend a quiet lunch in the privacy of our villa. We highly recommend the amazingly fresh salads at Belmond, incorporating organic vegetables, light and tasty dressings, and perfectly seared tuna in the Quinoa Salad Nicoise option. For heartier appetites the Butter Almond Crusted Fish Sandwich was flavourful, flaky and very satisfying and we also recommend the Australian Black Angus Beef Burger as their version was juicy and perfect for sunny, poolside indulgence. A great way to spend a lazy afternoon enjoying great food and refreshing dips in the pool.
