We sampled some dishes from their New Year’s Eve and Christmas Eve menus and loved the melt in your mouth Balik Salmon with Caviar and Herb Salad, the fragrant and flavourful Olive Oil Poached Scallop with Sesame Breadcrumbs and Cauliflower Foam, the indulgently creamy Lobster Bisque, the festive Slow Cooked Christmas Turkey with Chestnut Stuffing, and the perfectly prepared juicy Roasted US Beef Tenderloin with Black Truffle and Parsnip Puree served with Fondant Potatoes and Beef Jus. The decadent Chestnut and Milk chocolate Layered Cake with Cranberry Sorbet was the perfect end to meal.
