Porterhouse by Laris, one of our favourite luxurious spots to enjoy a mouthwatering steak, is offering decadent menus for the holiday season. We loved the festive and welcoming atmosphere evident throughout the chic venue that put us straight into the mood to sample their tempting Christmas menus. We started with their creamy and fragrant Christmas Pumpkin Soup with fresh grated nutmeg and creme fraiche, followed by a refreshing, flavourful and beautifully displayed Smoked Trout Mousse with trout roe, pickles, baby onions and caper leaves. For main courses we highly recommend their extremely delicious, thick cut, juicy and tender Prime Rib Roast and loved their take on the traditional Christmas Turkey complete with fresh cranberry sauce and chestnut stuffing. Finish off the delicious dinner with their indulgent Sticky Plum Pudding or Apple tart and make sure to pair with their suggest wines for the perfect festive experience.
