Favourite dishes of the night included the buttery Apple Wood Smoked Eel Fillets, the fragrant and fresh Black Mussels from “Zeeland” with Hoegaarden, coriander and celery, the perfectly cooked and flavourful North Sea Scallop with Serrano ham, fennel relish and minted eggplant, the tender and juicy Lamb Fillets and Eggplant baked in puff pastry with creamed leaks and rosemary jus, and the comforting and warming Beef Cheek with curly kale mash and smoked pork sausage. Make sure the save room for dessert and sample their winter friendly, light and fluffy “Poffertjes” Coin Sized Pancakes with vanilla ice cream.
