Bibo, one of our favourite trendy French eateries, is serving a decadent Sunday brunch for those who are looking for mouthwatering, innovative dishes and plenty of champagne to match. We loved the relaxed and fun vibe alongside great service and modern art decor. The menu offers many indulgent options including a delicious Home-Smoked Salmon Carpaccio with fresh Dill and Ginger Dressing, and a refreshing Hokkaido Scallop Tartare with Beetroot Sorbet for appetisers. For mains we highly recommend the fragrant and perfectly prepared Pan-Fried Maine Lobster with Carnaroli Rice Risotto, and the melt in your mouth Wagyu Beef Bavette with Bone Marrow, Shallots and Crushed Potatoes. The brunch ended perfectly with a classic French Cheese selection and their unique “Le The” dessert comprising of Oolong Ganache, Chantilly Cream, Earl Grey Sponge Cake and Earl Grey Ice Cream. An ideal Sunday date spot or when you are looking for a high end brunch option in a fun atmosphere with free flowing champagne.
