 BEEF WELLINGTON SPECIAL FOR TWO

Coinciding with the 200th anniversary of the battle of Waterloo, Bread Street Kitchen & Bar Hong Kong will be joining the Gordon Ramsay Group of restaurants worldwide in celebrating Beef Wellington Day on the 18th June by serving the classic Beef Wellington dish for the week from 18th to 24th June. We were lucky enough to be the first to try it and loved the generous serving of tender, flavourful beef fillet prepared by Head Chef Gilles Bosquet to an ideal medium rare with a layer of wild mushroom and Parma ham, all wrapped in a flaky, light pastry crust. The delicious flavours combined perfectly and made for the ideal feast when added with their creamy sweetcorn and roasted cauliflower sides. Make sure not to miss out and head over this week and sample this delectable treat.

The Beef Wellington Special is served for two and comes with 2 choices of side dishes for $998HK and is available from June 18th to 24th only.
