SPOON by Alain Ducaisse is an ideal French fine dining establishment to celebrate Le French GourMay, featuring impressive harbour views, luxurious ambiance, a Michelin Star and a mouthwatering menu to match. We sampled their Le French GourMay menu paired with this year’s Alsace wine pairing for the perfect date night out. We loved the appetizers of indulgent Goose Foie Gras Terrine with Rhubarb-Ginger Bread, fragrant Green Asparagus-Morels, and fresh and light Pike Quenelle and Crayfish. The main course of the menu is comprised of juicy and tender Roasted Milk-Fed Pig with Turnip which was a truly delicious treat. This is followed by a decadent Matured Cheese Platter, Linzer Tartlet with Raspberry Sorbet, and a Contemporary Black Forest for the ideal finale to a delicious dining experience. A great spot to take visitors for an impressive meal and spectacular views of HK, or if you are wanting to treat your date to something very special.
