Hidden behind the facade of an umbrella boutique in the heart of Central, is Foxglove, HK’s new hotspot. Boasting glamorous ambiance, live music, and a mouthwatering menu, we enjoyed a luxurious dining experience and lingered long afterwards to sample their impressive cocktails and entertaining performances. The entrance, decor and atmosphere transport you back to the 1920’s and is reminiscent of a speakeasy from the prohibition era. Foxglove’s menu is comprised of a variety of indulgent bar snacks as well as fine dining menu options. We loved starting with their fresh oysters followed by their flavourful Kimchi Beef Tartare, indulgent Blue Lobster Roll, juicy Angus Beef & Foie Gras Sliders, and decadent Truffle Bikini using Brioche Toast, Gruyere, Emmental, Mozzarella, Iberico Ham and Black Truffle Paste. The fragrant Blue Lobster Tagliatelle is a must try, and we loved their perfectly prepared BBQ Glazed Duck Breast and melt in your mouth A4 Sirloin Steak with Smoked Ox Tongue, Miso Lentil, Black Garlic and White Onion which were both delicious and beautifully displayed. A night at Foxglove is not complete without a few innovative cocktails made by their expert mixologists and we highly recommend the refreshing Tour De Cannes, the coffee bean-infused Morning Kiss, and the powerful Aged Martinez. A definite Hungry Hong Kong favourite spot and the ideal place to spend a unique, memorable and extremely enjoyable night out.
