Chef Shing has over 20 years of experience in Chinese cooking with a specialization in Shanghainese cuisine. He first commenced his trade at the age of 16 and has since been mentored by some of the best Chinese chefs in Hong Kong. His experience boasts an impressive list of reputable Shanghainese restaurants including 老正興, 香港老飯店 and 雪園飯店 to name a few. For the past 8 years, Chef Shing was the Head Chef of famous 留園雅敘 (Liu Yuan Pavillion), well known for its rich history and widely considered as one of the best quintessential Shanghainese restaurants in Hong Kong. Some of our favourite dishes include the 24 hour chilled drunken fresh local prawns, satisfying Stir Fried Australian Grass Fed Organic Beef with Spring Onion, addictive Fried Tiger Prawns with Salted Egg Yolk, and juicy US Natural Pork Chop paired with healthy quinoa. We had it delivered by foodpanda to have a relaxed dinner at home and every dish arrived fresh, hot and just as delicious as it was in the restaurant. If you are craving Chinese food, SOHOFAMA is a must try. They have immaculately fused great flavours and recipes but maintained their healthy ethos. We will definitely be going back for more.
