Seafood Room, located in Causeway Bay, boasts spectacular city views, chic and modern design, and a menu containing only the freshest sustainable seafood. We visited for their Sunday Brunch and loved the luxurious venue and high quality, mouthwatering fare. Your impressive brunch begins with decadent spoonful of Siberian Sturgeon Caviar with Blinis, Egg, Shallot and Creme Fraiche served at your table. The appetizer buffet includes a selection of refreshing and tempting salads, fresh oysters, prawns, mussels, clams, rainbow trout carpaccio, Serrano ham, tuna tartare and sashimi and we found ourselves returning to the counter multiple times to sample more of what was on offer.. Make sure to save room for their made to order main courses of which we highly recommend their juicy Free-Range Roast Chicken, and fragrant, perfectly cooked Miso Salmon. The dessert platter was an ideal finale to a decadent and enjoyable meal and everything was paired perfectly with their free flow Ca’del Bosco Cuvee Prestige and their signature cocktails. A must try Sunday Brunch, especially for all those seafood obsessed.
