Saffron Restaurant, located in beautiful Amorita Resort, is the ideal spot to enjoy a leisurely poolside lunch or romantic date night. We loved the varied menu featuring European classics as well as local specialities. The produce used was extremely fresh and each dish was served with unique flair. Favourite dishes included the crisp and flavourful Prawn Caesar Salad, juicy Chicken Insasal, fresh and meaty Grilled Marlin, melt in your mouth “Salpico” Seared Beef Hanging Tender flavoured with Spanish Paprika and Garlic, fragrant, fall off the bone Baby Back Ribs, and the delicious “Binagoongan” Roasted Crackling Pork Belly set on a Grilled Eggplant and Suateed Shrimp Paste topped with Green Mango Relish and Fried Garlic.
