Issaya Siamese Club features a lounge-bar area and open kitchen, their colorful décor is a taste of food to come – traditional ingredients with a dash of modernity. Their latest promotion boasts a selection of classic Thai street food at their live cooking station, raw shrimp with chilies and garlic and a list of Issaya’s signature Thai cuisine for mains.
We dug into their juicy pan-fried fried lamb rack and roasted chicken, aromatic marinated with soy sauce and spices. Along the buffet line we sampled pork satays fresh off the fire, crispy deep fried tofu and one dish that has us coming back for more; the Miang Kham! Ginger, lime, dried shrimp, peanuts, onions, chilies and chili sauce, all wrapped in a single basil leave, a symphony of flavors that come together magnificently! We’ve been craving it ever since!
From mains to dessert, there is plenty to pick from. For sweets we enjoyed mango sticky rice to cotton candy, they also have a nitrogen ice cream station on offer, serving up house-made ice cream with a variety of Thai condiments.
The Semi-Buffet Sunday Dinner will be served from 6pm – 11pm on Sunday only. Prices are $308 for kids and $438 for adults and all prices are subject to 10% service charge. For an additional $238 guests can enjoy free-flow G.H.Mumm champagne. For $88 guests can enjoy a Thai iced tea and soft drinks free-flow package.
